Hi I’m Sammy, your guide, your mind-body mentor to help you along the way of finding out who you are, and what you need (or don’t need!) to thrive.

You tighten and try to think your way out. But that adds even more tension.

And our body is designed to seek for safety, and only when we feel safe in our bodies will be move forward and take action.

How do we feel safe?

Through breath, through mind-body practices that invites ease and capacity. It’s the quickest way to gain access to our own power & resource.
