Many clients come to this work after feeling stuck in therapy or simply want to gain more self-awareness.

I offer sessions on a per session basis or a 6-week journey for longer-term work.

Frequency will be decided based on needs and our discovery call.

Rates per 60 mins session - 89 EUR / 92 USD

You’ll receive:

  • Full notes with actionable steps/practices from our session

  • in-between chat support for longer term clients (6 weeks onwards)

  • Vision & Purpose worksheets

  • Other exercises and worksheets depending on your preferences and priorities

All you need is a good internet connection, video camera and a quiet space.

Integrative & Holistic Coaching

My coaching is a unique blend of mind-body science, nervous system, trauma-informed work, lived experience and Eastern healing wisdom. Some have described me with the gift of making personal growth and healing empowering, fun and enjoyable.

My professional experience in the social change and artistic world has enriched and shaped my lens in unique ways. I often bring in expressive arts tools as well should individuals feel inclined to this work.

Beyond emotional wellbeing, you’ll get to connect to your wider personal truth as we explore together, acknowledging that we cannot live into our fullest selves without understanding who we are and our interconnectedness with our world.

After a decade of personal development work, therapy, and eventually returning to mind-body work , I’ve distilled my lessons and experience into OneTree Pathway - a bottom-up approach to guide you in moving forward in life.

If you’ve ever struggled with saying no, expressing yourself, overthinking, anxiety, and identify as a people-pleaser or perfectionist, you are in the right place.

I’ll teach you to relate to your thoughts and self in a loving and empowering way. I’ve learned that we cannot think our way out of overthinking or learn self-love through the mind. The only way to access calm and clarity is through our body.

I remember my first embodiment workshop where I was dumbfounded by the question- ‘where do you feel perfectionism in your body?’ and so many things unravelled from there on.

We cultivate compassion and self-love through a felt sense, rather than forcing ourselves to be more. You’ll find yourself returning to the core of who you are by feeling your emotions fully, creating safety in your body and moving out of your stuck thinking patterns to finally achieving what you are already capable of.
